Council Pro-Tem Robert F. Lee called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. Council Members Mr. Bartlett, Mr. Britton, Mr.Hamercheck, Mr. Lee, Mr. Loparo (absent) and Mr. Vest were present.

Motion by Mr. Hamercheck, seconded by Mr. Bartlett that Council enter into Executive Session to interview a candidate for the upcoming council vacancy. Roll call on the motion, 5 yeas. Motion Carried. Ken Takacs (councilman-elect) was invited to be part of the interview. No village business was discussed before going into executive session.

Council reconvened to Public Session at 8:28 p.m.

No village business was discussed after the executive session. Motion by Mr. Vest, seconded by Mr. Britton, that the Special Meeting of Council be adjourned at 8:29 p.m. Roll call on the motion, 5 yeas. Motion Carried.
