COUNCIL MINUTES VILLAGE OF MADISON Special Meeting JANUARY 6, 2008
Record of Proceedings
Council Pro Tem Lee called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m. and invited everyone in attendance to join in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Mr. Lee requested that everyone observe a moment of silence. Council members Mr. Bartlett, Mr. Britton, Mr. Vest were in attendance. Mr. Hamercheck was excused due to an emergency. Also in attendance Administrator Matt Zapp, OIC Dawn Shannon and Ned Foley.
Swearing in of Councilman Mark V. Vest by Judge Collins.
Swearing in of Councilman Kenneth D. Takacs by Judge Collins.
Resignation of Councilman Robert F. Lee.
Swearing in of Mayor Robert F. Lee by Judge Collins.
Motion by Mr. Britton, seconded by Mr. Vest that the meeting be adjourned at 2:14 p.m. Roll call on motion, 4 yeas. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
