VILLAGE OF MADISON
Special Meeting
January 22, 2007
Mayor Evangelista called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. Council Members Mr. Bartlett, Mr. Hamercheck, Mr. Lee, Mr. Loparo and Mr. Vest were present. Absent was Mr. Britton. Also in attendance, Mayor Evangelista, Fiscal Officer, Brenda Brcak, Chief, Mark Forsythe and Dana Pinkert.
Motion by Mr. Vest, seconded by Mr. Lee, that Council enter into Executive Session at 6:27 p.m. for Matters of Legal and Personnel. Roll call on the motion, 5 yeas. Motion Carried.
Council reconvened to Public Session at 8:30 p.m.
Motion by Mr. Loparo, seconded by Mr. Lee, that the Special Meeting of Council be adjourned at 8:30 p.m. Roll call on the motion, 5 yeas. Motion Carried.
