COUNCIL MINUTES
VILLAGE OF MADISON
Special Meeting
June 7, 2004
Mayor Evangelista called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. and invited all in attendance to join in the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.
Council members Mr. Britton, Mr. Buck, Mr. Burgard, Mr. Loparo, Mr. Toward and Mr. Vest were present. Also in attendance; Mayor Evangelista, Administrator Sample, Solicitor Murray and Fiscal Officer Pinkert.
Motion by Mr. Britton, seconded by Mr. Burgard, to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on May 17, 2004, as presented. Roll call on the motion, 6 yeas.
Fiscal Officer Pinkert presented Pay Ordinance #2069 totaling $106,755.25 for current expenses and payroll. Motion by Mr. Burgard, seconded by Mr. Toward, to approve Pay Ordinance #2069. Roll call on the motion, 6 yeas. Motion passed.

Mayor Evangelista requested Council take a recess and then adjourn to executive session to discuss legal & personnel matters. Motion by Mr. Britton, seconded by Mr. Vest, to adjourn to executive session in order to discuss legal and personnel issues. Roll call, 6 yeas. Motion passed.
Mayor Evangelista informed everyone that there wouldn’t be any business after Council returned from executive session.
Council adjourned to executive session at 7:45.
Council returned from executive session at 8:25.
Motion by Mr. Britton, seconded by Mr. Burgard, to adjourn. Roll call, 5 yeas. Meeting Adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
