Water/Sewer Rate Adjustment: Beginning March 1, 2007, the Madison Village water and sewer rates will be increased. The water rate has been increased by 25% and the sewer rate by 37%. The Capital Improvement Funds will also be adjusted. The bi-monthly water CIF is now $10 and the sewer CIF is $20. Be advised, all bills generated and received after March 1, 2007 will reflect the new rate structure. |
