 Madison Community Park - Located at 2938 Hubbard Road (behind Madison Senior Center)

Dana's Park - Located at 46 North Lake Street (behind Collin's Bi-Rite) A special THANK YOU goes out to Western Reserve Pole Buildings for their help in building this park.

Klingbell Park - Located at 58 West Main Street.

Village Square Park - Located at the Intersection of State Routes 528 & 84. 

Fairview Cemetery - located on River Street (1/4 mile North of Interstate 90). 

The purpose of the District shall be to assess the recreational needs of the Madison Community, and to see that these needs are met by:

• Short term programs established and sponsored either by the Program Committee of the District or by other organizations within the community.
• Development and implementation of a long-term recreation plan including financing, acquisition and development of facilities.
